The Process

At Jon King Electrical, we do our best to ensure a seamless and transparent process for our clients from start to finish. The journey begins when the client submits an Enquiry Form, providing their full name, job address, contact details, job specifics, and any work order files or relevant pictures. This information is crucial for invoicing and issuing a Certificate of Compliance for the completed work. Our labour costs are clearly stated on this form, and clients must accept our terms of service before submission. After the form is submitted, we contact the client as soon as possible to schedule a convenient date for the job. If extensive information exchange is needed, we use email for clarity. While we don't offer fixed quotes, clients can request an estimated job duration based on the details provided. On the agreed day, Jon will arrive on-site, complete the job, and inform the client of any further work needed. Payment can be made on-site via debit or credit card. Alternatively, we can email the invoice for online payment (incurring a small fee) or accept direct bank transfers. Invoices are due within 7 days of invoice date. A copy of your Certificate of Compliance will be emailed to you as soon as practicable.
